Tenant journey Moving in and ongoing support

Once we have found a home you like, we’ll work with the landlord to confirm your requirements, then guide you through the process using layman’s terms and ensure that everything is ready for you when you move in. On the day that you move in, you’ll be met by a representative who will answer any questions you might have.

At Good Place Lettings we want our tenants to feel supported. Our Tenancy Support Officer will be available to you if you need to talk. Should your circumstances change or you need assistance during your tenancy, please do reach out or pop into our office for a chat.

Will be paid on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed.

A maximum of 5 weeks rent which is then protected with the TDS.

Please call or email should you come across a possible repair, however big or small – we’d rather catch it early! Our team will be happy to understand the problem and proactively work towards the best solution. Outside of office hours you will have the details for an emergency contact, so support will be always be available.
