Alena has worked in the homeless sector for over 15 years, gaining experience through both paid and voluntary roles. In her most recent role at Crisis as a Structured Coach, she supported homeless clients into accommodation, as well as advising on benefits, employment, and learning opportunities. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
