We offer a full let and management service for your property. We will conduct a free valuation and take comprehensive property details and photographs. Once we’ve agreed on the rent level you would like to charge, we will market your property with no upfront fees. We offer a fully managed service, with 72-hour rental payments guaranteed, for a 12.5% fee taken directly from your tenant’s monthly rent payments.

Our business model takes the stress away from landlords, meaning no upfront fees for our marketing and letting services. Once we’ve found you the right tenant, all of our costs are covered by a 12.5% monthly management fee taken directly from your tenant’s rental payments.
